Anja Grube has been Deputy Head of the System Accreditation Department at the German Accreditation Council since September 2025.
After completing her degree in English and Literature in Osnabrück and Cork/Ireland and her first professional positions in publishing and university administration, she dedicated herself entirely to quality assurance in teaching and learning as a consultant at the ZEvA agency, most recently as Head of System Accreditation and International Affairs.
In addition to supporting and organizing peer-review procedures in Germany and abroad, the Agency’s regular tasks included advising higher education institutions on quality development and accreditation issues as well as giving lectures and organizing seminars.
