22.25 On what legal basis is the profile attribute “part-time” reviewed?

Part-time study programmes are so-called study programmes with a special profile. According to Section 12(6) of the MRVO, study programmes with a special profile “feature a coherent study programme concept that appropriately reflects the specific characteristics of the profile.”
