After graduating from high school, Imke Buß earned a degree in Business Education from the University of Göttingen. For 10 years, she served as head of the Department of Academic Affairs at the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, where her responsibilities included Quality Management and evaluation. During this time, she earned her Ph.D. on the topic of “student accessibility” at the University of Magdeburg and completed an M.P.A. in Science Management at the University of Speyer. Since 2021, Imke Buß has served as an advisor in Division 23 of the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Science, Research, and the Arts, and has been the deputy division head since 2025. In this role, she oversees, among other things, the areas of quality assurance and accreditation.
