Dr. Frank P. Ritter, born in 1966, studied chemistry at the University of Wuppertal after completing his training as a chemical laboratory technician. After graduating, he pursued further training in SAP Finance and Accounting, culminating in certification as an SAP R/3 FI/CO Consultant. While holding various positions at Bayer AG in Leverkusen as an international team leader, project manager, and internal consultant in the fields of pharmaceuticals, business administration, IT, and process analytics, he worked as a senior manager in the Risk Management / Internal Control Management division until his departure from the company. During this time, he earned certifications as a Certified Project Manager and in the field of International Accounting. Until his appointment to the AR, Mr. Ritter served as a member of the peer review team for numerous international and national accreditation processes for higher education institutions, various Agencies, and the Accreditation Council. He currently works as a freelance lecturer in chemistry and pharmacy and as an auditor.
