Accreditation Council Act
The Accreditation Council Act, together with the Interstate Study Accreditation Treaty, forms the legal framework of the accreditation system. In the act the tasks, responsibilities and powers of the central actors in the accreditation system are bindingly defined.
Rules of Procedure of the Accreditation Council Foundation
The rules of procedure of the Accreditation Council and the Foundation Council regulate in detail the organisation and functioning of the two bodies (available in German only).
Statutes
In accordance with the law on its establishment, the Accreditation Council has given itself statutes which define its detailed organisation.
Fee schedule
The Accreditation Council has issued a Scale of Fees (available in German only).
